In different police offices and units, there are posts addressed by other names other than the posts named in this rule, if departmental action is taken against a police employee working in such office or unit, even if the designation of the employee who takes action is different, such police employee may take other positions of the same rank. The departmental action rights used by police personnel can be exercised.
